What you need:

3 egg whites

¼ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

What you do:

Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl

Separate eggs

Whisk whites

Use cooking spray on a small skillet over medium heat

Pour eggs into heated pan

Add chopped ingredients

Cover

Cook for approximately 4 minutes

Sprinkle with cheese

Cover and cook until cheese melts

Fold and serve

1 cup water

Combine water and jelly in small sauce pan

Bring to boil

Add oats

Cook 1 minute

Stir in strawberries

Remove from heat

Let stand 1 minute

Stir in half and half

Fold bottom then sides of tortilla inward

What you need:

1 ripe banana

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1 cup chocolate pudding

2 tbsp crunchy high fiber granola cereal

 

What you do:

Slice the banana lengthwise

Spread peanut butter on both sides

Scoop the pudding on top

Sprinkle with cereal

 

Peach Mango Smoothie

What you need:

1 cup frozen peaches

½ cup chopped mango

¼ cup orange juice

4 ice cubes

¼ cup whipped topping

 

What you do:

Combine peaches, mango, orange juice and ice in a blender

Blend at high speed until slushy

Pour into a glass and complete with whipped topping
